Basket / Flower Pot
In this origami video, I show how to make a flower pot which can easily be modified into a basket. Your basket will have a square openining approximately 1/3 of the original length of one edge of your square. In this video I start with 12 x 12 inches (about 30cm) scrapbook paper and end with a square opening of about 4 inches (about 10 cm). The base is variable depending on how you choose to make a couple key folds… I explain this further with the “Fact,” annotations in the video. The fold starts off with a square base.
Materials:
- One square sheet of paper.
