This instructional video shows you how to make an origami boat… this is the 3rd boat (that floats) I’ve made a video for so I call it “boat 3.” Other people sometimes call it a covered boat or motor boat. It’s very similar to boat 2 except well… it has covers on either end of it. This is my favorite of the floating boats I’ve made so far.

Sure, of course. It's a traditional fold so you don't have to ask permission or anything.
Hey guys! I'm not sure if you guys remember the "Bob8484" dude from 2009-2010 but I'm that guy. And when I first came on, I was like Oh my goodness the sight has changed SOOOOO MUCH I am REALLY glad for more boats. If you don't remember me I'm the guy who wanted more vehicles.

I really like the site's changes….At school I have started a business selling origami for Tickets to Ride (The teachers hand them out for good things) and I have had SOOO many people buy things! Right now my best seller is the origami tank.

What type of paper are you using? It will be a little easier if you're using real origami paper and not regular wood-pulp paper.

well, i have TONS of origami paper, but i was using regular paper for my first try. i finnaly made one anyway. i practiced with boat 2.
